Usually visit for their summer garden festival but always impressed by the location and their gardens too. The house is a real historic gem too.

Regular visitors worth buying season ticket and going to all their events. Lovely stumpwork collections and various stitch work on display. Cater for vegans. Friendly place and lovely gardens. Recommended!
Great place for a family or group outing in summer. Very lovely gardens and lots more to see. I went twice this summer. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great food and lots for the price. It has a lot history and staff very knowledgeable.
Worth a visit. The car park is free which makes a change. The gardens are beautiful & interesting to walk round and would visit again in the spring. The house is a very interesting just walk from room to room and take in the style of the era , beautiful furniture and superb paintings. Finish off with a beverage and a choice of some delicious food.
