DO NOT USE !! Paid 5500 ! Done 10,000miles and they will not pay or repair my turbo again ! I am disgusted with the service that I received and that I I took my Land Rover to Land Rover Harwoords Pulbrourgh to get a new turbo fitted the advice to get two new ones fitted which I took their advice to fit both of them are now 10,000 miles later one of them is gone and they will not be repaired after a 5500 repair bill they do not care about after sales and this will be going further on social media and the financial ombudsmanMangers exact words - You again refer to only doing 10,00 miles, this is irrelevant as the period of warranty on that part expired on age in September 2018.
Just bought a Land Rover Discovery from Duncan Glide at Harwoods Pulborough. I was greeted warmly upon arriving at the showroom and introduced to Duncan who helped me decide upon my beautiful new car! He patiently went through different specs with me and took me for a test drive there and then which I was extremely pleased about. I have now had my Discovery for 48 hours and I'm absolutely thrilled with it, both the way it looks and the way it drives - both fabulous! Thank you very much to Duncan who made the whole process easy, friendly and happy but mainly for matching me with exactly the right car for me.
I recently bought a used Discovery sport from Harwoods and overall am very happy with the experience. Russell was extremely helpful and friendly and sent me a detailed video of the car I was interested in. I have 2 minor gripes; the invoice sent to me was rather confusing and secondly I was pressured to sign up to the Landrover Incontrol protect system at the last minute without sufficient time to read the small print and understand the implications. I said I didn't want it and this seemed to be a big problem. Future buyers be forewarned.
Our first time using Harwoods Pulborough and it was a great experience. Russell was incredibly helpful from the moment we stepped in to the show room. He pulled out all the stops to find us our perfect car and a great deal without putting any pressure on us. He was honest and very patient answering all of our (many!) questions.
