Bought the Kia Rio from this garage. Our sales Rep Matt H was excellent and gave us a more than fair price my Fiat 500. We had the test drive and sorted out the finance very quickly. On going back to the garage with various forms etc, and if Matt was busy the rest of the team would make sure we were seen to and given coffee or tea. The whole experience of buying a car from this garage was brilliant. I must include the parts guys as well.Thank you to you all.
Oh dear. The most appalling customer service. We pre ordered a part and received a call to advise that it was in stock. Called in today to collect it. Item couldn't be found and the 'parts guy' wasn't in. Following 25 minutes of switching between 2 pcs, printing out various things, asking multiple times for the car reg, we finally left with the part. To the gentleman who served me, it is pointless saying 'sorry' with insincerity.We were planning to look at the Kia Sportage while we were there, with a genuine interest in buying one. However, we will find another garage
Appalling customer service, bought a car for cash, couldn't drive away as they needed 48hrs to service it. went to pick up later in the week except they had forgot to service it. No handover at all, just got given the keys. They forgot to supply the promised floor mats. They lost the user manual. DO NOT BUY YOUR KIA FROM HERE!!
