We found Frank and Sharon both very helpful and full of advice. They talked us through the options and invited us to have a try which we throughly enjoyed. Once we had made our decision the process was very easy with a site visit and delivery on a day to suit. Needless to say we our very pleased with our new Jacuzzi 335.
After much deliberation we decided to purchase our Hot tub from Euthoria and we have been really impressed with the level of customer service. Nothing is too much trouble and you are treated as friends rather than customers. We can not recommend them highly enough. Also the Tub is great - best choice we made. We looked at quite a few and compared many, but all in all Jacuzzi fits our requirements in size, quality, insulation, price and professionalism of the company. I ordered a hot tub from Euphoria earlier in the year. The experience from start to finish was excellent and the price was very competitive. Communication throughout the process was both timely and informative. The installation process was excellent as was the handover. All in all I thoroughly recommend Euphoria.
We had our Jacuzzi delivered on the 16th October and have been using it pretty much every day since. Excellent product. Frank at Euphoria originally dealt with us and gave us detailed information and advice to assist our decision to buy. We had conducted quite a lot of research on tubs beforehand and dealing with Euphoria and then experiencing the product itself has shown us that to buy the best from such a reputable company was the right decision. Ruth assisted with the final paperwork and follow up information and again has been really helpful. The fitters were polite, timely and very helpful also; we had plenty of questions to ask. I would recommend Euphoria to anyone who was considering this type of purchase - do your research and then make the right decision. Well done Euphoria.
I recently decided to get a hot tub and was recommended by a family member to go and speak to the people at 'Euphoria Lifestyle' where they had bought one some years ago. My wife and I went to Washington and had a long and pleasant conversation with Sharon (who, it turned out I already knew as a friendly acquaintance from a number of years ago) at the end of which we put down a deposit on a new Jacuzzi J325. Within a few days we had a site visit from Damian (one of the engineers) to ensure that we were going to purchase the right one for us. The position for our new Jacuzzi was to be inside a summer house which was just big enough for it. After discussions with Damian we worked out a way to get it in and the order was placed. Delivery was arranged for a few weeks later (on a convenient date to us and the company). It arrived without any delays or problems on the arranged date and was delivered, carefully installed and set up by Damian & Sergey. We, and our grown up children and grand children have since enjoyed many hours in our Jacuzzi and I would consider it to be one of the best purchases I have ever made !! As for Euphoria Lifestyle Ltd (and Frank, in particular), they sorted out the minor problem with the lights within 10 days and I must say that In all my dealings with the whole team at Euphoria I have had extremely good communications. They really are very helpful, polite and friendly. They are knowledgeable, professional, and efficient, and all round lovely people to deal with! A big thank you to all ! Superb products, brilliant service, and wonderful staff, (you don't find that very often these days!) I would also highly recommend anyone thinking about a hot tub etc. to go and visit them first - I am confident that, like myself, you will be very happy that you did !
