If you set your bar at wanting a Gold Standard of Customer Service from an estate agent ,across measures such as :wider market knowledge ,local area knowledge of housing supply and prices very high levels of experience in truly understanding their business , highly effective negotiating skills ,excellent communication skills , proactive sales progression abilities , great trust and confidence levels then I have no hesitation in highly recommending GL & Co . In particular Craig Bellas was, on the ball ,went beyond the call of duty to help sort problems quickly and give useful practical and added value advice. He clearly knows his job and executes it to a very high level . Overall a hard ,act to beat and ,to offer any suggestions on how they can improve.
We recently bought a house in West Sussex through GL Estate Agents of Storrington. We were delighted with the service provided by manager, Craig, and by our sales adviser, Justine Lindley. Justine was hugely helpful, and always available with information, encouragement and advice. In fact, nothing was too much trouble, and we relied heavily on Justines help in order to steer us through the buying process. We found that her attention to detail, plus the way she kept us informed at all stages of the purchase, made the experience very much easier than it might have been.I would have no hesitation in recommending GL Estate Agents, and in particular, Justine Lindley, if you are considering buying or selling a house in the Storrington area.
Disappointed with the service as a renter, but had no choice in the matter. They are the same as most agents I guess, working for the landlord and taking the money off of the Tenent. Basically a middle man taking your money to give to someone else minus there cut of course. They are always quick to remind you they have key when they need to gain access for viewing and maintainence etc. We were also issued a dodgy landlords certificate on moving in to the property. Thankfully we have purchased now and dont have to deal with these type of agents anymore! Good luck if you have to rent!
