I have paid over 300 for an intermittent water leak that is still not fixed. In a crazy moment i called them again for a 3rd attempt but in the 3 days interim the leak appeared to stop. I rang to cancel the appt and they said oh well just have a look anyway. They sent an apprentice who was in my house less than five minutes and said there was nothing wrong. Ive now received a bill for 40 and.......I still have a water leak!
