A very caring member of staff came to my rescue ,as l had with me a 11 month Wymarama that was very strong and after many ways of trying to stop him pulling had failed ,she imediently offered to demonstrate the Halti lead without any obligation fitting it on him for me .I could not believe the instant change in him .Thank you so much Abby ,he is now a pleasure to take out and continue our training.Pamela West.
Went in and had a long conversation with a girl whos name I think was Abby but Im not quite sure, the store was lovely and well kept and the products were alright. I usually have a lovely chat in pets corner but this girl wouldnt stop banging on about how she should be the manager and she already does all the managerial work anyway and shes being underpayed! All I wanted was some food! She seemed like a nice girl but she was very aggressive with her selling and quite inappropriately discussing her personal work problems. I was rather uncomfortable and for the prices Im told Im charged to train the staff maybe this girl wasnt taught tactical selling and appropriate discussion topics! Not to say I havent had lovely experiences before in Pets corner with the other staff. I dont go in too often but I remember a couple of young girls who have served me very professionally and were very kind. Im sorry I dont remember their names but they were both blonde and seemed very young, I was the only one in the shop with the both of them and came away very happy and the interaction really made my day. One was pregnant and the other was a bigger girl so look out for them because they were wonderful As I say I dont post reviews and had to ask my daughter to help me make my page so I could post this, since it was such a strange conversation. I dont usually write reviews but I felt a bit uncomfortable coming away from this, so just be aware that there may be some hard selling if you get stuck with the wrong employee.
