Update 06/08/2016:Wrong side order delivered tonight. Dominoes Francise at Pulborough are a joke. If you fancy taking pot luck with what food you may get to eat or to decorate your home with, go ahead and use them!Will be writing formal complaint to HQ. 2 star downgraded to 1. ============Delivery guy tonight dropped Big Dip all over my front step. Quite funny but not happy considering I have to extra for this. Didn't seem too apologetic. Also looked like he was looking for somewhere to dump it when back at his car. I had to ask him to pick it up and take it with him. 2 weeks ago... Pizzas delivered without side orders. Delivery driver apologised and promised them by return. Waited for 2 hours after getting pizzas before these arrived. Offered ZERO compensation and not much apologies by Manager. She told us "everyone is human and makes mistakes"Current management needs a shake up. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMEMT. Unfortunately for us, we like dominoes hence 2 stars and this is our only delivery in the area so guess we'll have to put up with this level of poor customer service. That's all
Beyond poor. When the food arrived it was cold so I called up and they really couldn't have cared less. Asked to speak to a manager and was put onto someone called Matt (refused to give out his surname). He told me he could give me 10 off my next order, but having seen these comments thought better of it. Told me he could arrange another order but seeing as this one took an hour I didn't have time for that. I asked for money off the order that was cold and was told that this wasn't possible as the money had already been taken and I'd accepted the order?! By the time I'd opened the piZza boxes and found everything to be cold the delivery driver had gone, what was I meant to have done? Will be making a complaint, shockingly poor service from such a large chain.
Absolutely rubbish.. delivery massively late even though it told me it was delivered. Took an extra half hour to get to me. Person on the other end of the phone extremely rude. Complaint made. Food very averageAvoid
Appalling service. We have used this place many times since it opened but over the last few months, deliveries have been very late. The last delivery was 1.5 hours over requested time and food was cold. Complained and were told to expect a fresh order which never arrived. Staff not interested and just told us to contact head office. Not using again. While Im at it, how on earth did Dominos get planning on this road. Fed up with inconsiderate customers parking outside and causing traffic problems.
Ordered from here a few times, often later than promised, not as good quality as from other franchise stores. Was offered free garlic bread by head office which the store were asked to send and it never arrived. Three times that happened, won't go back
