My mother had come in to discuss getting her husbands will certified (obviously a very sentsitive subject for her) she was spoken to so rudely and aggressively by the receptionist and the member of staff who thought she could help (think she was one of the partners). Said it would take over a week to certify a document. My mother had already spoken to a nice gentlemen over the phone and he had been helpful and kind but when she came into offices it was a different story. She ended up going to Petworth and the service being carried out within the hour.
I phoned this afternoon to ask for an appointment to have some ID certified. This request was refused because I am not a client. How inclusive is that?

Great firm of solicitors but not an ideal branch for anyone that is disabled or has trouble with stairs as there are quite a few to get to the entrance and then a steep flight to get to reception.
