The 'Senior' Nurse. Mrs Anna Harrison. Is being Given Too Much 'Freedom' & Therefore has given herself, Airs Way above her Station. If you have the mis-fortune to Suffer from a Rare Condition. Watch Out. I,v researched not Only my Condition (Pyoderma Gangrenosum & it's related illnesses!)but. Why Some, ''Senior' Nurses use Bullying Tactics. To Try & 'Lose their Patients Rare Condition & Give a More Common one. Namely/Usually. Diabetes .A Practice Manager, once Said to me. "I Don't Understand Why You Cant have Both" BRILLIANT!! Those of us With Rare(Very Painful) Conditions, Research it & Hopefully, Find out as Much as pos. So We Can Help Ourselves & Not allow our illness to Control Us/Our Lives. But This is 'Frowned' upon by PMG. Having experienced it 4 Times(To date)I,v 'Researched & Thought bout it Alot & Think the reason Senior Nurses Don't Approve of Patients With Rare Conditions. Looking after it Themselves! Is bcause, Usually, Patients are Asking for Help. Some desperately so. We Don't. Bcause We Know More about our illness, Than the 'Senior' Nurse & She Takes the (Proverbial)Hump. Which is Silly. You,d think they,d be relieved,we,r Not giving them Extra(Specialised)Work! Although it's Very important that nurses are kept Up to date re Unusual Things! What's happened to me, recently, has Galvanized me into doing What the Specialist 'Persuaded' me to do, Learn bout internet! & Create a Support Group, bcause there Wasn't one & He(Dr Darley)thinks I Know More about PG than anyone else(High Praise & I Thank you)But bcause of my Latest dreadful experience. I,v gone 1 bettet & in Honour ,& With Greatful Thanks for being looked after So Well. By Dermatology Specialist for many Yrs. I,m in Throes of Building a website. Primarily for PG, but if Anyone With a Rare Conditlon, Needs Support. Its for You Too. It's Called. pyoderma gangrenosum.co.uk. I,m also involved in Educating Junior Medical folk. It's the way forward. So that When they,r Top of Same Tree. They,v Learnt to Care for those with rare illnesses, better than We,r Currently Cared for. I,m Still on Fence. Not Knowing if Nurse Anna Harrison (& her minions)Really Are Very ignorant re PG. Or they Hoped I was. They,v(Dr T incl)have Grossly Mis-Underestimated Me

Great services fantastic doctors and staff

I'd like to say that my experiences with PMG have been mixed. Under normal circumstance if you turn up during the day you are usually greeted with a smile and people who appear to be genuinely concerned for your welfare but there are other times like this morning when you're greeted by someone who really couldn't care how ill you are, she seems to feel that she's the gate keeper and unless you can demonstrate that you are sick enough to see a doctor then she won't let you in.It is very disappointing that there is yet another reason for people to be going to AE because they don't want to be confronted by someone who appears not to like their job. The opening times for PMG are from 7am but the telephone lines must have a later time because although I tried calling from 7am until 7:30 I kept getting the answer phone message saying that they were closed which is why I drove to PMG.Not the best start to the day.

Great doctors. Only lived here a year and feels like they have been more helpful than all the other doctor surgery's I've been too. Always willing to do the absolute best to help you. Very professional and clean!!
