I've been using Autochek for many years now and have always received a very polite and professional service. I brought my current car from them 8 years ago and it has remained ultra reliable which I really think is due to their diligent service and aftercare. I'm always given a heads up of any work that may be required before the next service.Overall I cannot fault Autochek in any way, they're definitely a 10/10 from me
Took my vehicle in with a loud rattle front left of car.Collected and they said its a very unreliable car as the drive shaft (600-700) needs replacing although we wont know its that until we change it, if no change it will be the gear box (1500) so its not worth fixing my 2004 Ford Focus- sell it for scrap.This is what I was going to do before my brother said let me have a final look as he enjoys fixing up cars. He bought a drive shaft for 60.Once under the car he could see the drive shaft and the gear box had no issues at all, it was infact a loose wheel nut!!! Once tightened the car ran beautifully. I can not believe autocheck charged me 40 for terrible advice and refuse to refund
Great local business have used Auto check for many, many years. Clive and the team are always very helpful and friendly. Just recently I had a problem with my car and they fitted it in in short notice and I was back on the road within 24hrs 1st class service nothing too much trouble!
